The HOOT 2  is an awesome  1 bedroom luxury cabin located just off trail # 1 in the Brimstone® Campground . The large balcony overlooks the river and Trailhead #1.Features include a 42” HD Flatscreen TV in the living room with a DVD player, satellite TV with over 250 channels and Pay Per View. There is a kitchenette featuring microwave, full size frig, and coffeemaker.  This unit does not have a stove.  Wi-Fi  is available upon request. In the enclosed bedroom, you have 1 queen bed. On the deck, there’s rustic deck furniture.   Plus, the New River access in front of the cabin offers some unreal fishing (walleye, small mouth, muskie, redeye, etc.).  For your enjoyment, we have a Counsel House Fire Pit – Nathan’s Place for group gatherings and pure ole country talk. No Pets, Please. Hoot II sleeps up to 4. The HOOT is a duplex and has the ability to sleep 12 if both Hoot 1 and Hoot 2 are rented.  When rented with the All Nighter, Hoot 1, Riverside, and LRV, we have the ability to accomodate 26-30 people all in one area. There is a $50 cleaning fee per stay.  There is a $500 security deposit that will be held on your credit card pending determination that upon departure the renter has left the cabin in the same condition as it was upon arrival, it will be released within a couple days of your departure.
