I just  talked with JB via satellite phone. They headed out yesterday morning and traveled a distance of 20 miles. That 20 miles took them 12 hours! The terrain is very boggy. Lots of water and weeds; JB said the winches was used a lot yesterday. "It was a hectic day", said JB.  Today was much better traveling according to JB. It only took 4.5 hours to travel 20 miles and they have reached the half-way point and was in the process of setting up camp. They will stay in this camp for a couple days and explore the area around it.  JB says the scenery is breathtaking and it makes up for the troubles of yesterday's travels. There has been plenty bear, moose, and other wild animals tracks seen, but none of those animals have shown themselves yet. Everyone is enjoying themselves and enjoying God's beautiful creations.
