is there an age restiction for kids with atvs at brimstone, we live in AR and are wanting to plan a trip to brimstone and coal creek in sept/oct but my daughter is 11 and rides a kodiak 450 (has been since she was 7) and if she can't ride it we will have to change our modify our trip plans. Also is there a brouchure or info that can be mailed to my home about brimstone?

My daughter is 14 and she drives a RZR. I don't think there is an age limit, but JB800 or another administrator could answer your question better. Call Erika at the Brimstone office to see about brochures. 1-800-Brimstone

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency said there are three things it enforces. Those include ensuring anyone 18 or younger wears a helmet, ensuring no one goes over the 25-miles-per-hour speed limit and writing citations for reckless driving.

TWRA officials also say only one person should be riding an ATV at a time.

There have already been four deadly ATV accidents in Tennessee this year.

Campbell County has one of the highest numbers of ATV fatalities in East Tennessee with five in the past five years.
